10 Foods You Must Try at Tokyo Disney

I love trying local food when we travel. So when we ventured to Tokyo Disney I vowed not to eat a single burger or fry (even though it was readily available). The restaurants at both parks had park versions of local cuisine as well as tons of Americanized options.   1. Popcorn Found at: Everywhere! Tokyo Disney is known for their popcorn! They have so many different flavors scattered around throughout both parks. We made it our mission to try every single flavor and I’m glad we tried them all as I was surprised at what I liked and didn’t […]

If you’re a Disney fan and you’re headed to Tokyo, chances are you’ve made room in your schedule for time at Tokyo Disney! We only had 10 days in Japan (see how we spent those 10 days HERE) and we spent 3 at Tokyo Disney. This was the perfect amount of time for us to see and experience everything they had to offer. 48 Hours in Kyoto

Kyoto is home to so much history. There are tons of shrines and temples all over the city and each one has a little something different to offer. You could spend a week here and still not see every single shrine or temple! We only had 48 hours to spend in Kyoto so if you’re pressed for time too, check out the must see stops that made it into our schedule! Day 1: We took the 6am train from Tokyo and got into Kyoto at about 8:30am. We headed straight for our hotel to drop off our bags and then […]

But, if 48 hours is all you have you can still get a really great feel for the city and see some of the many sights they have to offer! Heads up: This is post contains affiliate links. A Half Day Guide to Nara, Japan

Nara is a magical little city that is just an hour by train from Kyoto and Osaka. The heart and soul of the city is Nara Park (also known as Nara Deer Park) and it is home to hundreds of protected deer that roam free. I receive a small percentage if you make a purchase using this link. However, all the products recommended below are ones I buy regularly […]
